US crude oil stocks stayed at a second consecutive record high last week, data from the Energy Information Administration (EIA) showed. Crude inventories rose 3.5 million barrels to about 507 million barrels in the week to February 19. Crude stocks at the Cushing, Oklahoma, delivery hub for US crude futures rose 333,000 barrels to 65.1 million, the fourth straight week of hitting record highs, the EIA said.
